APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93399
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 27th
day of March 2024 Bench Creek Ranch Co,
LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to
the State Engineer of Nevada for permission
to appropriate 0.0165 c.f.s. and 11.94 a.f.a.
of the public waters of the State of Nevada.
Diversion is to be made from an underground
source (SW Section 4 well) at a point located
within the SE1/4 SW1/4 Section 4, T17N,
R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the
S1/4 corner of Section 28, T18N, R34E, MDB&
M bears N 01 degrees 03 minutes 39 seconds
E, a distance of 10,536.8 feet (approx.
34.1 miles SE of Fallon, NV). Water will be
used for stock water purposes from January
1st to December 31st of each year.
