APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93398
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 27th day of March 2024 Bench Creek Ranch Co, LLC of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to appropriate 0.0165 c.f.s. and 11.94 a.f.a. of the public waters of the State of Nevada. Diversion is to be made from an underground source (Pirouette well) at a point located within the SW1/4 NE1/4 Section 9, T18N, R34E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the S1/4 corner of Section 28, T18N, R34E, MDB&M bears S 03 degrees 39 minutes 59 seconds W, a distance of 18,967.8 feet (approx. 33.5 miles E-SE of Fallon, NV). Water will be used for stock water purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
