APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 93293
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 13th day of February 2024 Safety Kleen Systems, Inc. of Fallon, Nevada made application to the State Engineer of Nevada for permission to change the point of diversion and place of use of 0.0753 c.f.s., 20 a.f.a. of water heretofore appropriated under Permit 86512. Water will be diverted from an underground source at a point located within the SW1/4 NW1/4 Section 23, T19N, R26E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the NW corner of said Section 23 bears N 20 degrees 47 minutes 16 seconds W, a distance of 1,825.54 feet (approx. 11 miles SW of Silver Springs, NV). Water will be used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year. The existing point of diversion was located within the SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 33, T19N, R28E, MDB&M, or at a point from which the E1/4 corner of said Section 33 bears S 69 degrees 43 minutes 36 seconds E, a distance of 960 feet. Water was used for commercial purposes from January 1st to December 31st of each year.
