In the early morning of Wednesday construction materials were stolen from a residence under construction off Emerson Drive.
Surveillance video showed the suspect vehicle as a dark-colored 1990s Chevrolet Silverado with a bright yellow or bright green lumber rack and matching wheels. The truck was last seen driving north on I-580 from Carson City into Washoe County.
