Six arrested after search of Heaven Hill Way residence in Carson City

Six people were arrested on Friday after the Carson City Special Enforcement Team executed a search warrant on 29 Heaven Hill Way.

SET Detectives learned that Clayton Enox was living at the residence and he was required to register as an ex-felon due to his prior two convicted felonies and he was not current with his address. 

There was additional information that he was in possession of firearms and there also was narcotics inside the residence, a press release from the sheriff’s office said.

The search yielded a stolen firearm, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Five arrests were made throughout the course of the investigation.

Enox, 22, was arrested on suspicion of being an ex-felon failure to register, ex-felon in possession of a firearm and possession of a stolen firearm.


Alan Burt

 

Alan Burt, 68 years old, was arrested on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 



Banks

 


Emma Banks, 18 years old, was arrested on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Joseph Armas, 63 years old, was arrested on suspicion of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Nancie Mapes, 61 years old, was arrested on suspicion of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and alternative sentencing violation.

Alexis Upton, 22 years old, was arrested on suspicion of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

SET Detectives later interviewed Clayton and he admitted to stealing the firearm and stated he took it out shooting and he intended to keep the firearm.


All the subjects were booked into the Carson City Jail.
