Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is a beneficiary under a Deed Upon Death executed by NORINE ARCINIEGA as “Grantor” on March 5, 2020, and recorded in the office of the Churchill County Recorder as Document #479298 affecting title to 560 Nadine Dr., Fallon, NV 89406. Notice is given that NORINE ARCINIEGA died on February 22, 2024, and that said Grantor had a date of birth of June 25, 1931. A creditor having a claim against the Grantor or his estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
