Update: Man arrested in connection with Carson City battery

UPDATE: 

A man wanted in connection with a Carson City battery investigation was arrested this week.

According to the Carson City Sheriff’s Office, Julian Obregon was sought in connection to a battery which occurred at a Carson City bar on March 17.

After the sheriff’s office put out a request for identification of the suspect, CCSO in conjunction with the United States Marshals Violent Offenders Task Force and the Mono County Sheriff’s Office arrested Obregon in Coleville, Calif.

He was arrested on suspicion of battery resulting in substantial bodily harm. He is being held at the Mono County Sheriff’s Office Detention Center on $20,000 bail while awaiting extradition back to Carson City.

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office has obtained surveillance footage of the incident and is attempting to identify a suspect.

The male in the picture is described as wearing a red baseball style cap, dark colored button up shirt, dark colored jeans, and white shoes. The male also reportedly had gold teeth in his mouth.
