Letter: Where is the Democratic response?

While some Democratic apologists write of rebellion, disorder, and turmoil with President Trump, we now have an open attack on our Constitution.

Our tax dollars to various universities and educational institutions are currently funding the foot soldiers for Hamas. These students and their radical organizers are creating a rebellion and division within the U.S.

We have a series of violations of federal laws through these demonstrations. The denial and abridgment of Jewish individual rights violates Title I of the Civil Rights Act of 1968 and The Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act.

This requires an increase in penalties for hate crimes committed based on the actual or perceived race, color, religion, national origin, ethnicity, or gender of any person. In addition, the Hamas supporters violated Title VIII of the Patriot Act by intimidation or coercion of a civilian population and the influence of government policy by intimidation or coercion.

These organizations are led and funded by the Soros-funded group, the U.S. Campaign for Palestinian Rights, and the Students for Justice in Palestine. Yet, no action has been taken against these organizations or funding (as defined in subsection (g)(6)), that the organization has engaged or engages in terrorist activity (as defined in section 212(a)(3)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act).

Why is the Biden administration absent in prosecuting the law? The violations are clearly defined. Oh, it’s all about winning Michigan in 2024 and the presidency.
