NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on April 9, 2024, WILBUR C. STODIECK died and that the undersigned, his daughter, hereby is the duly appointed and qualified Trustee of the WILBUR C. STODIECK SEPARATE PROPERTY TRUST, originally dated March 5, 1998. 

A creditor having a claim against the Grantor, or the Trust estate, must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within Ninety (90) days after the first publication of this notice.
