NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents BEN R. McCULLEY, the son of the decedent. That BEN ALLEN McCULLEY, a.k.a. BEN ALLEN Mc CULLEY, a.k.a. BEN A. Mc CULLEY, a.k.a. BEN McCULLEY, died on January 1, 2024. A creditor having a claim against the estate on behalf of BEN ALLEN McCULLEY must submit his or her claim to the undersigned within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
