Wanda L. Salaun, 73, a Carson City resident for the past 27 years, died Dec. 6, 1999, at her residence. She was born Sept. 5, 1926, in Oklahoma City, Okla., to Jess and Ethel Jackson Beck.
Before moving to Carson City, she lived in Sacramento, Calif.
Mrs. Salaun was the office supervisor for Western Appraisal. She enjoyed being around people.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert "Bud" in 1982.
Among her survivors are her son, Daniel, and wife, Irka, of Washoe Valley; daughters, Linda Dixon, of Los Angeles, Terry Marshell and husband, Ray, of Carson City; brother, Jesse D. Beck of Carson City; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a niece and nephew and a cousin.
No service will be held.
Cremation will be at Walton's Sierra Crematory.
