Private interment will be held for Joel D Meyer, 75. The 35-year-resident of Carson City died Oct. 17, 2002.
He is survived by his wife, Imogene; son David Meyer of Dayton; daughters Janice and Beverly Meyer, both of Carson City; granddaughter Shani Hoke of Las Vegas; and grandson Andrew Meyer of Carson City.
Mr. Meyer was the chief pilot with the Nevada Department of Fish and Game until his retirement in 1988.
His ashes will be interred at Lone Mountain Cemetery in a private family ceremony.
