Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Walton's Chapel of the Valley for Roberta I. Frank, 86, a resident of Carson City for 25 years. Mrs. Frank died Oct. 10, 2003, at Tahoe Pacific Hospital in Reno.

She was born Aug. 28, 1917, in Yugoslavia and came to the United States as an infant. She grew up in the Chicago area and moved to California in 1967. She married Richard Frank in 1968 in Virginia City.

The couple moved to Carson City in 1978 and Mrs. Frank was the owner/operator of The Cabin cocktail lounge.

She is survived by her husband, Richard of Carson City; son Robert H. Ruby of Portola, Calif.; daughter Sherry Nicholas of Rancho Mirage, Calif.; and a sister, Marjorie Pellman of Delmar, Calif.

Cremation will be through Walton's Sierra Crematory. Walton's is in charge of arrangements.
