Wednesday: Taco salad, beets with onions, tortilla chips, salsa, strawberry shortcake.
Thursday: Baked chicken, green beans, potato wedges, roll, peaches, angel food cake.
Friday: Baked pollack, squash, coleslaw, bread, banana, cookie.
The dinner menu for the Silver Springs Senior Center, 1050 Pyramid Ave.:
Monday: Cabbage roll, rice pilaf, french roll, carrots and peas, fresh grapes.
Tuesday: Sloppy Joe, French onion soup, cold melon cubes, salad bar.
Wednesday: Liver and onions, mashed potatoes, mixed fruit, cauliflower with cheese, bread.
The Yerington Senior Center is at 117 Tilson Way:
Monday: California casserole, corn, green salad, cobbler, soup.
Tuesday: San Francisco pork chops with noodles, frozen veggies, beet salad, fruit dish, soup.
Wednesday: Cheese enchiladas, refried beans, cottage cheese, vegetable salad, ice cream, soup.
Thursday: Fish and chips, coleslaw, corn on the cob, french roll, cook's choice dessert, soup.
Friday: Texas French toast, eggs, fresh fruit salad, applesauce.
Lunch is served on weekdays at Fernley Center, 1170 W. Newlands Dr.:
Monday: Beef tips with noodles, glazed carrots, pineapple with cottage cheese, roll.
Tuesday: Chicken cordon bleu, rice pilaf, California gold blend veggies, strawberry shortcake.
Wednesday: Fish sticks, tarter sauce, coleslaw, potato rounds, pears.
