Maxine Garrison, 68, a four-year Stagecoach resident, died June 30, 2006, at her home.

Mrs. Garrison was born March 4, 1938, in Simpson, Ill., to Clayton Keltner and Elsie G. Watson.

Before moving to Stagecoach, Mrs. Garrison lived in Springfield, Ill.

She was a homemaker.

Mrs. Garrison enjoyed gardening and collecting and restoring antiques.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald M. Garrison, in 1986; and brother Charles Keltner.

Among her survivors are her sons Gary Garrison of Stagecoach and Steve and Ronald Garrison, both of Plano, Ill.; sisters Velma Talbert of Paduca, Ky., Margaret "Cookie" Colbroth of Mounds City, Ill., Dianne Moan of Mounds City, Rita Nichols of Olmstead, Ill., and Williamette Nichols of Waverly, Tenn.; brother Thomas Cramer of Mounds City; 11 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
