A graveside service for Josephine Hilton, 92, a 10-year Carson City resident, will be at 11 a.m. Sunday at Oak Hill Memorial Park, 300 Curtner, San Jose, Calif.
Mrs. Hilton died Oct. 16, 2006, in Carson City. She was born July 3, 1914, in St. Louis, to Paulo Danna and Rosa Palazolla. She was Catholic.
She married Virgil Leroy Hilton in St. Louis.
Before moving to Carson City, Mrs. Hilton lived in San Jose, Calif.
She was a sales manager for Roos Atkins Department Store.
She was preceded in death by her husband in June 22, 1969.
Among her survivors are daughters Diana Sermone, of Carson City and JoAnne Jody Kynett of Genoa; sister Sara Valenti; brother Charles Danna; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Cremation will take place at FitzHenry's Crematory in Carson City. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
