Weather for the Carson City area will be partly cloudy with highs 42-52 with north winds 10-15 mph.

Tonight, clear with lows 26-26 with northeast winds 10-15 mph shifting to the east after midnight.

Tuesday, sunny with highs 40-50 with east winds around 10 mph.

The Nevada Department of Transportation reports at 5:52 a.m. all roads open with no controls.

Road work continues in Carson City with areas of delays. Fairview Drive, westbound, is now open from Saliman Road to Roop Street. However, there is continued work on Fairview Drive from South Edmonds to South Carson Street with lane closures and possible delays.

Lane closures are in effect on the west end of Fairview Drive.

Road work continues on Highway 50 from Saliman to Airport roads.

Work continues also on East Fifth Street from Fairview Drive to Saliman Road.

Work on Highway 50 in east Carson City and Mound House has posted lower speed limits with narrow lanes just east of Flint Drive.
