Joan L. Bourdelais, 75, died Sept. 6, 2009, in Carson City. She was born in Haverhill, Mass., on Nov. 21, 1933, to Albert and Irene Lougee. She was preceded in death by her husband Alfred in 2001. She is survived by her daughter Linda Dickson; husband Donald; and two sisters June and Jackie. No services are scheduled. Capitol City Cremation & Burial is in charge of arrangements.
