Ice cream social this Thursday
The United Methodist Women will host an ice cream social 6-8 p.m. Thursday at the Carson City First United Methodist Church.
The Capital City Community Band will entertainment from 6-7 p.m.
Line forms at the Musser Street entrance for the homemade pies, cakes and ice cream.
Military Appreciation Ceremony planned
Calvary Pentecostal Church, 220 W. Winnie Lane, will host a military appreciation ceremony 11:30 a.m. Sunday, July 25.
