Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Wilfred Brazeau, 43, of Carson City, was arrested at 9:17 p.m. Wednesday in the 4000 block of Louise Drive on suspicion of felony being a felon in possession of a firearm. Bail was set at $25,000.

• Robert Eugene Miller, 66, a handyman from Carson City, was arrested at 4:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 4100 block of Golden Eagle Lane on suspicion of felony burglary. He was allegedly caught on surveillance stealing laptops from Computer Corps where he was once employed. Bail was set at $25,000.

• Carl Michael Dellavella, 43, a transient, was arrested at 9 a.m. Wednesday on a felony warrant out of Missouri for probation violation. No bail was set.

• Michael Vernon Huckaby, 55, a transient, was arrested at 12:07 p.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of East John Street on suspicion of felony parole violation. No bail was set.

• Justin Waylon Scott, 21, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 7:44 p.m. on Century Drive on suspicion of felony possession of heroin, misdemeanor possession of a hypodermic device and drug paraphernalia.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Fight report at Walmart at 12:02 a.m.

• Vehicle burglary report on Russell Way at 8:57 a.m.

• Vehicle burglary report on Goldfield Avenue at 10:07 a.m.

• Report of a man pointing a gun at another following a dispute over a boom box at 11:45 a.m.

• Report of a woman urinating in the breezeway of a motel at 5:18 p.m. A misdemeanor arrest was made.

• A man reportedly high on heroin was threatening his mother with a knife on Palo Verde at 5:41 p.m. The man was taken to the hospital.

• A 16-year-old boy on Marian Avenue called police asking for a deputy to come tell his mother to put him back in public school. The juvenile was arrested.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Coroner call on Cowee Drive in Mound House at 12:29 p.m.

• Felony arrest at Walmart in Fernley at

7:23 p.m.
