Lois Daniels, 87, passed away August 13, 2012 in Carson City, NV. Lois was born April 24, 1924 in Campbellton, New Brunswick, Canada, to Alexander and Viola Parker. Lois has been a resident of Washoe Valley since 1957. She worked as a legal secretary starting out with the law offices of Vargas, Dillon and Bartlett in Reno, NV. Following that Lois worked as a legal secretary in the office of supreme court justice Mobray. Her greatest passion, however, was raising her sons and caring for her family. In her free time, Lois enjoyed horseback riding, she and her husband, William, were associate members of the Vacarros Riding Club. To stay fit her daily routine included practicing yoga for 2.5 hours.
She was preceded in death by a sister, Lorraine Hagarty of Canada.
She will be dearly missed by her husband, William; sons, Michael Daniels (Melissa) and William Scott Daniels (Odette); a sister, Dawn McNaughton of Canada; five grandchildren, Brandon, Brett and Raymond Daniels, Marylou and Jennifer Etcheberry.
