Hidden Cave tours resume

The Bureau of Land Management and the Churchill County Museum have resumed regularly scheduled Hidden Cave tours.

The tours are offered to the public on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month beginning at the Churchill County Museum, 1050 S. Maine St. The tours begin at 9:30 a.m. with a short video about the history of the cave. At approximately 10 a.m. visitors will caravan to the cave site. Reservations are not required and there is no charge for the regularly scheduled tours.

Please dress appropriately for the weather, and wear sturdy walking shoes. The trail to the cave is about 1/4 mile uphill and is not handicap accessible. This tour may not be suitable for young children because of its length and the climb up the hill. There is a charge of $1 per person (or a minimum of $20) for special tours.
