The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

MONDAY

• Danny Maxfield Jr., 38, was arrested at 9:28 a.m. on two felony counts. He was arrested on suspicion of uttering a forged instrument and burglary based on a warrant issued by Carson Justice Court. He was already being held on two warrants for different offenses. Bail was set at a total of $40,000.

• At 4:02 a.m., a Coleville, Calif., man was arrested on suspicion of disorderly conduct at the Carson Nugget. He was reportedly intoxicated and became belligerent when told he couldn’t have any more alcohol. Bail was set at $250.

• A 43-year-old landscaper was jailed on a series of misdemeanor traffic offenses after a traffic stop at North Roop and East William street at 6:04 p.m. He was arrested on suspicion of making an illegal U-turn, no proof of insurance, not valid drivers’ license, expired registration, suspended registration and not using a turn signal. Total bail is $840.

TUESDAY

• At 2:24 a.m., two brothers were arrested after an altercation at the Silver Queen Inn on Caroline Street. One brother was charged with domestic battery, second offense for bloodying his brother’s nose. The other was arrested on suspicion of violating probation conditions barring him from the use of alcohol. The domestic battery requires a $5,000 bail. The probation violation was set at $3,000 bail.
