Man arrested on suspicion of felony trafficking says Carson City Sheriff’s Office

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

Carson City

THURSDAY

At 1:46 p.m., Cody Regusci, 21, of Reno was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony parole and probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia and driver’s license suspended after deputies initiated a traffic stop near I-580 and Arrowhead Drive. At the same incident, Cheyenne Waggoner, 18, of Hawthorne was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a dangerous drug and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail for Waggoner was set at $6,000 and bail for Regusci was set at $4,000.

At 3:59 p.m., a 20-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of a Douglas County warrant after deputies conducted a pedestrian stop at the Carson Street Grocery Outlet. Bail was set at $500.

FRIDAY

At 3:54 p.m., Andrew Bunker, 28, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony parole and probation violation, possession of drug paraphernalia, revoked driver’s license, no vehicle insurance and suspended registration after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Gordon Street and Rock Court. At the same incident, Richard Lopez, 49, of Mound House was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and alternative sentencing violation. Bail for Lopez was set at $6,500 and bail for Bunker was set at $4,650.

SATURDAY

At 12:32 a.m., a 32-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI, three counts of open container, failure to change address on driver’s license and failure to change address on registration after deputies responded to reports of a rolling domestic near the Carson Street Wing Stop. The suspect was located at the Eagle Station Greater Nevada Credit Union. Bail was set at $1,350.

At 12:55 a.m., a 22-year-old Reno woman was arrested on suspicion of contributing to the delinquency of a minor after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the South Carson Street AM/PM gas station. Bail was set at $500.

At 9:49 a.m., a 47-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of expired registration and contempt of court after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the Long Street Senior Center. Bail was set at $466.

At 5:42 p.m., Jason Woolman, 30, of Silver Springs, was arrested on felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies conducted a pedestrian stop near the 1400 block of Edmonds Drive. At the same incident, a 30-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of violation of alternative sentencing and a Lyon County warrant. Bail for Woolman was set at $3,500 and bail for the 30-year-old was set at $4,000.

At 5:52 p.m., a 27-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence after deputies initiated a traffic stop near the 1100 block of Woodside Drive. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 7:59 p.m., Devon Woolard, 20, of Gardnerville, was arrested on suspicion of felony trafficking, felony possession of more than one ounce of marijuana, felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession with intent to sell, following too close and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Roop and Little streets. Bail was set at $27,075.

At 11:37 p.m., a 45-year-old Copperoplis, Cailf., man was arrested on suspicion of DUI and tail lamps required after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Carson and Proctor Streets. Bail was set at $1,025.

SUNDAY

At 12:56 a.m., a 26-year-old Dayton man was arrested on suspicion of DUI after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Highway 50 and Airport Road. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 5:17 a.m., a Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of reckless driving with disregard to safety warrant after deputies responded to reports of an overdose near the 1100 block of Woodside Drive. Bail was set at $500.

At 4:54 p.m., a 63-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI and hit and run after deputies responded to reports of an accident near 5th Street and Saliman Road. Bail was set at $1,500.

At 8:10 p.m., a 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court and two counts of trespassing warrants after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 1700 block of Roop Street. Bail was set at $2,235.

At 11:40 p.m., a 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of a suspended sentence and possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies responded to reports of a domestic dispute near the 1400 block of Edmonds Drive. Bail was set at $2,000.

MONDAY

At 8:37 a.m., Thomas Rickards, 46, of Mound House, was arrested on suspicion of felony use of an identification of another after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Highway 50 and Flint Road. Bail was set at $10,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes.
