PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Petitioner, TANYA LUIS, by and through their attorney
of record PATRICK O. KING, Esq., filed with the Court a VERIFIED PETITION FOR
SUMMARY ADMINISTRATION PROBATE, AND FOR ISSUANCE OF LETTERS
TESTAMENTARY WITH GRANT OF FULL AUTHORITY TO ADMINISTER DECEDENT’S
ESTATE UNDER THE INDEPENDENT ADMINISTRATION OF ESTATES ACT for the Estate of the above-named Decedent and has set the matter for hearing on Monday, May 9, 2022, at 10:30 a.m., in the Probate Court, Third Judicial District Court Courthouse, Lyon County, NV.
The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. Further details can be obtained by contacting the undersigned attorney. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
