The Carson City Sheriff’s Office will conduct law enforcement training in the area of Carson Street and Adams Street downtown on Tuesday, April 12 and Wednesday, April 13, according to a news release.
The training will run from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. both days.
Residents and businesses in the area should expect to hear loud bangs or explosions, as well as increased police activity, the release said. Public spectators will not be permitted.
Road closures will be in effect at:
• Adams Street, from Carson Street to Fall Street
• Park Street, from Carson Street to Fall Street
Local business access will be permitted.
