Donovan Bailey, 22, of Carson City was arrested Friday afternoon on charges including lewdness with a 5-year-old girl.
He was charged with promoting a sexual performance, possession of child pornography, lewdness with a child under 16 and child abuse.
According to the Carson City Sheriff’s Office arrest report, he took a cellphone picture of the child’s private parts at a party. He was thrown out of the party after that, the report states.
The pornography charge came after the girl’s mother directed deputies to his residence on Highway 50 east. A search found what the arrest report described as a large amount of pornographic material.
His bail was set at a total of $100,000 on the four felony counts.
