NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

Churchill County Board of Commissioners

will hold a public hearing on July 7, 2022, at

approximately 9:00 AM, to be held in the

Commission Chambers, County Administration

Building, 155 North Taylor Street, Suite 145,

Fallon, Nevada, on the following matter:

A Nuisance Complaint filed by Billie Graves

concerning cotton that falls on her property

from a tree located on the property at 2979

Woodlands Place, Fallon, Churchill County,

Nevada.

If you cannot attend the meeting, written
