NOTICE OF HEARING 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bailey Humes and Leigha Morrow have filed a Petition for Summary Administration of Estate, for Full Authority to Administer Estate Pursuant to Independent Administration of Estates Act to Appoint Administrators of Estate and for Issuance of Letters of Administration, and has set the matter for hearing on Tuesday, July 19, 2022, at 9:00 a.m., in the Tenth Judicial District Court, 73 N. Maine Street, Fallon, Nevada. The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid the need to obtain court approval for many actions taken in connection with the estate. However, before taking certain actions, the personal representative will be required to give notice to interested persons unless they have waived notice or have consented to the proposed action. Independent administration authority will be granted unless good cause is shown why it should not be. The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. 

Pursuant to NRS 239B.030 the undersigned does hereby affirm that this document does not contain the social security number of any person.
