Notice is hereby given that JOHN D. MILLER has filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of Executor, for Issuance of Letters Testamentary and for Summary Probate Administration as to the estate of MARGARETHE LOUISE MILLER deceased, and a hearing has been set for the 21st day of June 2022 at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
