PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE
Pursuant to the Carson City Charter, section 2.110, pertaining to the
publication of an ordinance adopted by the Carson City Board of
Supervisors, the following ordinances were proposed at the regular
meeting of the Carson City Board of Supervisors held on October
20, 2022, voted upon, and adopted at the regular meeting held on
November 17, 2022, and ordered by said Board of Supervisors to be
published by title:
Ordinance No. 2022-20
Bill No. 119
An ordinance relating to administration; repealing the Carson City
building permit enterprise fund advisory committee; and providing other
matters properly related thereto.
The names of the Supervisors voting for passage of the foregoing
ordinance at the November 17, 2022, meeting are: Supervisor Stacey
Giomi, Supervisor Maurice White, Supervisor Stan Jones, Supervisor
Lisa Schuette, Mayor Lori Bagwell
The names of the Supervisors voting against passage of the foregoing
ordinance are: None

Ordinance No. 2022-21
Bill No. 120
An ordinance relating to administration; repealing various provisions
relating to the shade tree council; revising provisions governing the
pruning of trees in Carson City; and providing other matters properly
related thereto.
