NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Joann Hill

filed with this Court a Petition for Summary

Administration of Estate, for Issuance of

Letters of Co-Administration, and to Approve

Method of Attorneys’ Compensation

for the Estate of the above-named Decedent

and that the hearing on said Petition has

been set for the 9th day of January, 2023 at

8:30 a.m. in the First Judicial District Court,

which is located 885 E. Musser St., Carson

City, NV 89701. Further details concerning

said Petition can be obtained by reviewing

the Court file at the Carson City District Court

Clerk’s Office at 885 E. Musser St., Ste. 3031,

Carson City, NV 89701-3031, or by contacting

the Petitioner or the attorney for the Petitioner

whose name, address, and telephone number

is given above.

The petitioner requests authority to administer

the estate under the Independent

Administration of Estates Act. This will avoid

the need to obtain court approval for many

actions taken in connection with the estate.

However, before taking certain actions, the

personal representative will be required to

give notice to interested persons unless they

have waived the notice or have consented to

the proposed action. Independent administration

authority will be granted unless good

cause is shown why it should not be.

All persons interested in said Estate are

notified to appear and show cause why the

said Petition should not be granted. You do

not need to appear at the hearing unless you

object to the Petition.
