NOTICE OF HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that SANDRA OLIVAS-WADE has petitioned the Court for an Order assigning and setting aside the Estates of ROBERT L.R. GOOCH, deceased, and MARGUERITE MARY GOOCH, Deceased, without administration pursuant to Nevada Revised Statute 146.070, and has set the matter for a hearing on this 19th day of September, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. in Department II of the First Judicial District Court in Carson City, Nevada.
The Petition requests that the Estates be set aside to the Decedent’s only child: SANDRA OLIVAS-WADE.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that the preceding document does not contain the Social Security Number of any person.
