NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned is the duly appointed and qualified Successor Trustee of THE HEYING FAMILY TRUST, dated April 4, 1990, as amended and restated, and that the original
Grantors/Trustees were ERNEST H. HEYING and ANNY M. HEYING, both are now deceased. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate must file their claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
