NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that DAVID M. VALENZUELA is currently acting Trustee of the LORRAINE L. VIGIL LIVING TRUST, established on September 26, 2001 by LORRAINE L. VIGIL as Grantor and Trustee. LORRAINE L. VIGIL died on January 25, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of LORRAINE L. VIGIL, must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after the first publication of this Notice.
