NOTICE TO CREDITORS 

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents PHILIP STEWART SHIRLEY as the currently acting Trustee of THE G & E SHIRLEY LIVING TRUST. That GILBERT L. SHIRLEY and ESPERANZA SHIRLEY were the Grantors and original Trustees of said Trust. That ESPERANZA SHIRLEY died on March 20, 2022. That GILBERT L. SHIRLEY, also know as GILBERT LEON SHIRLEY, died on July 20, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate on behalf of GILBERT L. SHIRLEY or ESPERANZA SHIRLEY must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Trustee within ninety (90) days after first publication of this Notice.
