NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the undersigned represents DANIEL N. SAULISBERRY and KATHRYN R. SMITH, the currently acting Co-Trustees of THE SAULISBERRY 1992 FAMILY TRUST. That JOSEPHINE R. SAULISBERRY died on May 20, 2023. A creditor having a claim against the trust estate or on behalf of JOSEPHINE R. SAULISBERRY must submit his or her claim to the undersigned on behalf of the currently acting Co-Trustees within ninety (90) days after first publication of this notice.
