Notice is hereby given that the undersigned is a beneficiary under a Deed Upon Death executed by LESTER B. NALLS and BESSIE I. NALLS as “Grantors” on November 23, 2021, and recorded in the office of the Churchill County Recorder as
Document #492997 affecting title to 2513 Ladera Dr., Fallon, NV 89406. Notice is given that LESTER B. NALLS died on November 26, 2021, and that said Grantor had a date of birth of September 3, 1939, and BESSIE I. NALLS died on November 28, 2023, and that said Grantor had a date of birth of July 18, 1941. A creditor having a claim against the Grantors, or their estate must file a claim with the undersigned at the address given below within 90 days after the first publication of this notice.
