APPLICATION TO APPROPRIATE
WATER NO. 93361
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on
the 11th day of March 2024 Dave Stix of
Fernley, Nevada made application to the
State Engineer of Nevada for permission
to appropriate 0.002 c.f.s. and 1.25 a.f.a. of
the public waters of the State of Nevada.
Diversion is to be made from an underground
source at a point located within the SW1/4
NE1/4 Section 29, T16N, R32E, MDB&M,
or at a point from which the N1/4 corner of
Section 21, T16N, R32E, MDB&M bears N 28
degrees 04 minutes 13 seconds E, a distance
of 8,871.0 feet (approx. 6.5 miles SW of US50
& SR839 in Fernley, NV). Water will be used
for stock water purposes from January 1st to
December 31st of each year.
