The Carson City Sheriff’s Office is seeking information about a credit card case.

An unknown suspect stole a wallet and used the stolen credit cards to purchase items at multiple locations, according to a press release.

CCSO said on Jan. 22, a man had his wallet stolen from the Walmart at 3200 Market St.

The man later learned that the suspect had used his credit cards at multiple locations, including the Walmart.

Walmart Loss Prevention was able to retrieve surveillance video of the suspect using one of the stolen credit cards, as well as video of the suspect exiting the store.

The suspect is described as a white male adult, medium height with a thin build. The suspect was last seen wearing a blue shirt with a gray hooded zip-up sweatshirt over it. He was wearing tan or green pants, and black shoes with red laces.

The suspect has short brown hair, as well as an “X” shaped tattoo on his left hand between his thumb and first finger.
