TO: THE HONORABLE THIRD JUDICIAL DISTRICT COURT OF THE STATE OF NEVADA IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF LYON: 

1. JILLIAN GERMAN (nee THOMPSON), (“Petitioner”), by and through ROGER S. DOYLE, ESQ., SBN 10876 of the DOYLE LAW OFFICE, PLLC respectfully requests that Petitioner be granted Letters of Administration for both the Decedents: KENNITH COOPER and BONNIE ANN COOPER pursuant to NRS 139.050 to investigate, inventory and administer the estates of the Decedents, if any. 

2. Decedents were residents of Lyon County, Nevada at the times of their respective deaths and therefore this Court has jurisdiction to administer their estates. 

3. Decedents entered into and executed a trust agreement prior to their deaths. Petitioner is the successor Trustee of THE KENNITH AND BONNIE COOPER FAMILY TRUST AGREEMENT dated November 10, 2011. 

4. Wills for the Decedents have been lodged with the Court under the above captioned action. The Trust Agreement and amendment naming Petitioner as successor Trustee have been lodged with the Court under the above captioned action. 

5. No letters of administration have heretofore been issued. 

6. There have been found two assets subject to administration, and good cause exists for the appointment of a personal administrator pursuant to investigate and inventory those potential assets. Total value of the assets subject to administration is estimated to be less than $50,000.00. 

7. Decedents intended and executed documents for all personal property to be part of the rest of the Trust. Decedents maintained pension death benefits with named beneficiaries as each other, instead of the Trust. 

8. Petitioner, JILLIAN GERMAN is named beneficiary of the Trust and the successor Trustee. 

9. Other known beneficiaries and heirs at law for the Decedents are:

10. Petitioner is a proper person meeting the prerequisites of NRS 139.010, is legally competent to administer the Estates of Decedents and is willing to take the oath required for personal administrator. 

11. Petitioner has not been convicted of a felony and is a resident of Lyon County, Nevada. 

12. Hearing for this matter has been set for 26 February 2024 at 11AM. Notice will be published, and proof of service filed not less than one week before the hearing date. 

WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that letters for personal administration of the Decedents’ Estates be issued to JILLIAN GERMAN and that she be empowered to investigate, inventory, and administer the Decedents’ Estates upon taking the oath of office, and with bond being waived.
