REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Carson High School Restroom Remodel GMP-2

Plenium Builders has been selected as the public Construction Manager

at Risk (CMAR) and will be requesting Lump Sum proposals for the

Carson High School Restroom Remodel Project.

The project will consist of:

• Demolition & construction of existing restrooms from a

gendered layout into a general use type layout.

• Estimated value of construction: $6,000,000.

• GMP-2 required trades are selective demolition, CIP concrete,

expansion joints, insulation, drywall, ceramic tile, resinous

flooring, painting, and specialties.

• Bid documents will be available to prequalified subcontractors

on March 29, 2024.

Proposal Due Date: April 18, 2024

Proposal Due Time: 2:00 pm PDT

Interview: Individually Scheduled

Project Start: June 2024

Project Completion: October 2024

NOTICE: Subcontractors, who will perform at least 1% of the estimated

value of the work or $50,000 whichever is greater, must be qualified

pursuant to NRS 338.16991. Proposals will be returned to the

subcontractor unopened if the subcontractor has not been qualified per

NAC 338.580.
