Judicial District Court of the State of Nevada,
In and For Carson City, as Co-Personal
Representatives of the estate of INGRID
MARY BARNES, deceased.
All creditors having claims against the estate
are required to file the claims with the clerk
of the court within sixty (60) days after the
mailing or the first publication (as the case
may be) of this Notice.
The undersigned does hereby affirm that
the preceding document does not contain the
Social Security Number of any person.
