NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Annie Langhelm and has filed in this Court her Petition for Probate, for Appointment of Co-Administrators, for Issuance of Letters of Administration, and for General Administration.
PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a hearing has been set for June 17, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. in the Third Judicial District Courthouse, 911 Harvey Way, Yerington, Nevada.
The petition requests authority to administer the estate under the Independent Administration of Estates Act. All interested persons are notified to appear.
The matter will be approved without further hearing unless an objection is filed. You do not need to appear unless you wish to object.
