Carson City Sheriff’s Office: Two men arrested in connection with graffiti in Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All are considered innocent until proven guilty in court.

Carson City

FRIDAY

At 3:49 a.m., a Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of DUI-second offense, suspended registration and possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription after deputies responded to a domestic dispute near the Carson Street Roundhouse Inn. Deputies located the woman near Fleischmann Way and Curry Street. Bail was set at $5,100.

At 9:50 a.m., a 18-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of contempt of court after deputies conducted a warrant service near the 1300 block of Lompa Lane. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 3:09 p.m., a 35-year-old Sparks man was arrested on suspicion of indecent exposure after deputies responded to reports of a man running around naked near Airport Road and Sherman Lane. Bail was set at $2,500.

At 9:04 p.m., a 59-year-old transient man was arrested on suspicion of trespassing after deputies responded to reports of an unwanted subject at the Stewart Street Nugget Hotel. Bail was set at $150.

At 10:38 p.m., a 31-year-old Minden man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-drugs, possession of drug paraphernalia, suspended driver’s license and failure to use headlamps after deputies initiated a traffic stop near Long Mountain and Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $2,525.

SATURDAY

At 2:57 a.m., a 33-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of battery after deputies responded to reports of a man striking a woman near the 2000 block of College Parkway. Bail was set at $1,000.

At 7:51 p.m., a 37-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI-drugs after deputies responded to an injury accident near North Carson Street and Winnie Lane. Bail was set at $1,000.

SUNDAY

At 1:07 p.m., a Gardnerville man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, speeding and no driver’s license in possession after deputies initiated a traffic stop near 5th and Stewart Streets. Bail was set at $1,060.

At 3:04 p.m., a 21-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near the 800 block of William Street. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 4:11 p.m., a 63-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of violation of bail conditions after deputies responded to a domestic dispute near the 1500 block of Rand Avenue. Bail was set at $3,000.

At 4:48 p.m., a 32-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery and contempt of court near the 3900 block of Quinn Drive. Bail was set at $3,951.

At 4:55 p.m., Marcus Kochamp, 25, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and petit larceny after deputies responded to reports of a man taking items from the Carson Street Sportsman’s Warehouse. Bail was set at $3,750.

At 9:32 p.m., a 48-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery near Zephyr Circle. Bail was set at $3,000.

MONDAY

At 12:48 a.m., a 22-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of graffiti and violation of probation after deputies responded to reports of graffiti near Roop Street and Winnie Lane. Deputies also found graffiti near Carmine and Lompa, College and Emmerson and the 3400 block of Imperial Way. At the Imperial Way address, deputies discovered a vehicle leaving the scene at a high rate of speed and conducted a traffic stop near the 3100 block of Imperial Way. At the same incident, a 27-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of DUI, revoked driver’s license, open container and graffiti. Bail for the 22-year-old was set at $3,500 and bail for the 27-year-old was set at $1,800.

At 1:08 a.m., Amy Husak, 36, a transient, was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance, felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, three counts of possession of a dangerous drug without a prescription and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia after deputies conducted a consensual stop near the Carson Street Dutch Brothers. Bail was set at $17,000.

The Nevada Appeal only names people arrested on suspicion of felonies and violent crimes. Carson City Secret Witness will pay up to $2,500 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of individuals committing crimes. Anyone with information is asked to call 775-322-4900.
