• A 45-year-old transient was arrested on a warrant out of Douglas County and driving on a suspended license after a traffic stop. No bail was set.
SATURDAY
• A 69-year-old California man was arrested on suspicion of third offense of possession of a controlled substance and third offense of possession of a controlled substance for sale, both felonies, harassment, impeding traffic, and felony possession/sale of identifying information. Bail was set at $70,424.
• A 32-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of being a fugitive from justice out of L.A. County, no valid driver’s license and improper turn. No bail was set.
• A 28-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale. Bail was set at $22,500.
• A 29-year-old Carson City man was arrested on four felonies, a gross misdemeanor felony and three misdemeanor arrest warrant. Cesar Lopez-Altamirano was arrested on suspicion of grand larceny of a motor vehicle, commercial burglary, destruction of property, providing false identification and possession of stolen property. He allegedly drove a vehicle into a Carson City business and then proceeded to steal merchandise. Bail was set at $76,500.
• A 60-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of annoyance of a minor and battery. The woman grabbed a teenager by a necklace and tried to punch an employee. Bail was set at $3,637.
SUNDAY
• A 40-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse, assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of a firearm by a felon. Bail was set at $68,137. At the same location, a 32-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of felony child abuse, assault, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell and discharging a firearm into a structure. Bail was set at $72,500.
MONDAY
• A 33-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment after a fight at mobile home park. Bail was set at $2,500.
TUESDAY
• A 44-year-old South Lake Tahoe woman was arrested on suspicion possession of a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a felon and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set at $8,637.
WEDNESDAY
• A 69-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of being a fugitive of justice and failing to register as a sex offender.
• A 41-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,137.
• Francisco Javier Canales-Ruiz, 56, of Las Vegas was transported to Carson City Jail after being arrested in Henderson. He was wanted on suspicion of multiple counts of rape, multiple counts of lewdness with a child under 14, first-degree kidnapping and child abuse.
• A 68-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of elder abuse and domestic battery-first offense. Bail was set at $5,637.
• A 41-year-old Carson City man was arrested on suspicion of domestic battery. Bail was set at $3,137.
