Despite a windy morning, a crane outside the Legislature Building is lifting HVAC components to the roof. The building work is taking place near the intersection of 5th and Stewart streets. The road is not closed. Workers expect the crane to be finished and moved by Friday afternoon. By noon, they had already transported three of the four components that had to be carried by crane.
