APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91658

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 16th

day of March 2022 Ralph P. Mills of Fallon,

Nevada made application to the State Engineer

of Nevada for permission to change the point

of diversion, place and manner of use of

0.089 c.f.s., 64.416 a.f.a. of water heretofore

appropriated under Permit 84870. Water will be

diverted from an underground source at a point

located within the NE1/4 NW1/4, Section 4,

T18N, R28E, MDB&M or at a point from which

the NE corner of said Section 4 bears N 66

degrees 39 minutes 45 seconds E., a distance

of 3,058 feet (approx. 4 miles West of Fallon,

NV). Water will be used for commercial (dairy)

purposes from January 1st to December 31st of

each year. The existing point of diversion was

located within the NW1/4 SE1/4 of Section 8,

T19N, R31E, MDB&M, or at a point from which

the NE corner of said Section 8 bears N 25

degrees 44 minutes 46 seconds E, a distance

of 3,383.72 feet. Water was used for wildlife

purposes from January 1st to December 31st

of each year.
