APPLICATION FOR WATER NO. 91706

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on the 6th

day of April 2022 Carson City Water Utility of

Carson City, Nevada made application to the

State Engineer of Nevada for permission to

change the point of diversion and place of use

of 0.2763 c.f.s., 200 a.f.a., a portion of water

heretofore appropriated under Permit 60834.

Water will be diverted from an underground

source (Well #51 Foothill) at a point located

within the NW1/4 SW1/4 Section 7, T15N,

R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which the

W1/4 corner of said Section 7 bears N 21

degrees 01 minutes 09 seconds W, a distance

of 268.57 feet (the intersection of N. Winnie

Lane & Foothill Road in Carson City, NV).

Water will be used for municipal purposes

from January 1st to December 31st of each

year. The existing point of diversion was

located within the NE1/4 NW1/4 Section 7,

T15N, R20E, MDB&M or at a point from which

the NW corner of said Section 7 bears N 59

degrees 01 minutes W, a distance of 2,302

feet. Water was used for municipal purposes

from January 1st to December 31st of each

year.
