filed in this Court a Petition for Appointment of
Executor, for Issuance of Letters Testamentary and for Summary Probate Administration as to the estate of JOANN HELEN MCCLOSKEY EDENS aka JOANN HELEN MCCLOSKEY deceased, and a hearing has been set for the 26th day of September, 2023, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or as soon thereafter as counsel may be heard, at the courthouse of the above-entitled Court. All persons interested in the estate are notified to then and there appear and show cause, if any they have, why the Petition should not be granted.
